Skills about Athletic

This week Room 13 went out to do Athletics.We learnt some new skills about Athletics. When you are running you need to focus on the finish line and you need to keep your eyes on the prize not anyone else. When you are running you need to keep your chin up so that you  do not bump into anyone else.When we start to run we need to put one hand next to our face cheek and the other one next to the but cheek.When we are running we have to put the right hand in front and the left hand in the front and then you swoop it when you are running.

The peace child Matinee

Today is the day of our production matinee! Room 13 are playing the role of the wanakeekee tribe and the sotongi tribe. The wanankeekee's are smart,and the sotongis are strong . both tribes hate each other.

I am in the wanakeekee tribe , which means my costume is orange.

I am feeling happy and nervous as well.

Butter Finger Team basketball

For the last week of week 4 we did basketball and our coach's are coach Mark and coach Adrian tough us some Amazing skill's that you need in basketball to help us out. The amazing skills are dribble  bounce shoot pass and hoop.

My favourite thing was to throw the basketball in the hope and when we were having a game and it was girls vs boy and the boys... lost so that mean's that the girls... won.

Math's week!

   Maths week 

This week is maths week. In the library there was maths game's and some more games.In our class we did some problem solving on Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday as well.We did to celebrate it was we did a maths work shop yesterday and I fell happy and excited as well.I liked everything on maths week.

Football

They stopped and they were listening to Alex with their foot on the ball

 They were kicking the ball and  you can only use one foot when you are playing football and we were dribbling the ball  

I was kicking the ball and I was meant to use the side of my foot 

I learnt that you need to use your side of your foot when you are kicking the ball.

I enjoyed playing football and playing tag 

I found challenging to use your side of your foot 

My next step is to use my side of my foot when I am kicking the ball 

The game was football and I was at school
